Query Reporting - Pennsylvania Uniform Crime Reporting Administration System 

    The Query Reporting screen appears when you click on the "Query" Tab on the UCR Reporting main page. This screen is available to Agency and Administrative users and to the general public. 

    The screen is divided into two areas, Summary and Incident. Three links to Summary Query processing functions are available on the screen and one link for Incident. The first Summary link, "Homicide Information" allows you to create personalized reports based on Summary UCR Return E information.

     The second Summary link, "Hate Crime Information" allows you to create personalized reports based on Summary UCR Return J information

    The last Summary link, "All Other Summary Information" allows you to create personalized reports based on Summary UCR information from all other returns.

For instructions for using the All Other Query function, see Help For All Other Query Function.

    The Incident link, "Incident Information" allows you to create personalized reports based on Incident Based Reporting (IBR) information. The Incident Information function is only available for Agencies who report IBR.

    The screen contains three Tabs. Clicking on the first Tab "Annual" sends you to the screen for viewing the annual report of Crime in Pennsylvania in PDF format.

    Clicking the second Tab "Monthly" will take you to a screen that allows you to work with Monthly Reports.

    Clicking the second Tab "Year to Date" will take you to a screen the allows you to work with Year to Date Reports.

    Clicking the second Tab "5 Year Trends" will take you to a screen the allows you to work with 5 Year Trends Reports.

   Clicking on the third Tab "Query" will take you to the screen that allows you to pick Querying options.

       At any time during processing on this screen, Help for the Reporting Functions screen is available by clicking on the "Need Help?" link on the bottom of the page.
