Signing In to the System - Agency Sign In
Sign In ensures only authorized persons have access to Agency functions and PSP Administration functions. Sign In redirects the user to the appropriate default page (Status Of Submissions or PSP Administration) based on type of user related to User ID.
There are two fields available for entry on the Sign In screen, User ID and Password. The cursor is positioned for data entry on the "User ID" data entry field when the Sign In screen is displayed.
Please enter the User ID supplied to you by the PSP Administrator. Be sure that if the User ID supplied contains both upper and lower case characters, the correct case is entered. Use the Tab key to move to the "Password" data entry field.
If this is your first time signing into the system, please enter the Password you were supplied by the PSP Administrator. Be sure to use the correct case when inputting the Password. If you have already altered the Administrator supplied Password, please enter the Password that you created.
When you have completed entering the User ID and Password, click the "Sign In" button or press enter. If you have entered an incorrect User ID or Password you will be returned to the Sign In screen and the User ID and Password fields will be reset. You will need to re-enter following the same steps above.
If this is your first time signing into the system, you will be presented with a screen to change your password. This feature insures the added security of only you knowing the password value.
If you do not remember your password, the value can be reset by the PSP Administrator. Please contact the Administrator using the phone number or email address found on the main help page.
The "Change Password" button is available to allow you to change your password whenever you deem it necessary. In order to change your password, you are required to enter the your User ID and current Password and click the "Change Password" button. You will be presented with a screen to change your password. If you have entered an incorrect User ID or Password you will be returned to the Sign In screen and the User ID and Password fields will be reset. You will need to re-enter following the same steps above.
