Change Password - Agency Sign In

    When signing in to the system for the first time, you will be presented with the Change Password screen from the Agency Sign In screen. This feature insures the added security of only you knowing the password value.

    There are four fields available for entry on the Change Password screen, User ID, Password, New Password and Confirm New Password. The first field, "User ID ", is pre-filled with the User ID you entered on the Sign In screen. 

    Use the Tab key to move to the "Password" data entry field. If this is your first time signing in to the system, please enter the Password you were supplied by the PSP Administrator. Be sure to use the correct case when inputting the Password. If you have already altered the supplied Password, please enter the Password that you created.

    Tab to the "New Password " data entry field and enter your new password. Following the rules provided with the password. If you need additional assistance, contact the help desk.

    When you have completed entering your new Password, you must re-type the same combination of letters, numbers and case in the "Confirm New Password" data entry field. The New Password you entered will be checked to verify that you typed what you thought you typed the first time around.

    When you have completed entering the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, click the "Sign In" button or press enter. If you have entered a New Password that does not match the Confirm New Password or an incorrect User ID or Password you will be returned to the Change Password screen and the Password, New Password and Confirm New Password fields will be reset. You will need to re-enter following the same steps above.
